EMEA Executive Advisor

I serve as an EMEA Executive Advisor to Founders, CXOs, and Sales Leaders to support them in determining how to approach strategic EMEA GTM decisions, address EMEA revenue execution challenges in their team or processes, and share my vast expertise garnered from multiple VP EMEA roles. I will provide a unique blend of advising and coaching to these Leaders in order to maximise their impact to their team, and to the company's revenue growth.

EMEA Market Entry & Expansion

For companies new to the EMEA region or looking to expand their presence, I support the EMEA Leader by providing guidance on market entry strategies, such as identifying the most promising markets, selecting the right distribution channels, and establishing partnerships or alliances.

Strategic Planning

I assist the Leadership in developing and refining the sales strategy for the EMEA region, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes setting targets, identifying target markets, defining go-to-market strategies, and prioritizing sales initiatives

Talent Acquisition and Development

I will liaise with the Leader by providing guidance on recruiting, hiring, and developing high-perfroming sales talent in the EMEA region. This includes defining job roles, assessing candidates, providing training and coaching, and creating career development pathways to retain top performers.

Performance Metrics and Analytics

Review & establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the EMEA sales team. I will assist the Leader in sales analytics and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Adapting to Matrix Leadership Model

Coaching the Leader on embracing the principles of flexibility, collaboration, and influence, so they can successfully adapt to a matrix leadership model and thrive in a complex and dynamic organizational environment

Risk Management and Compliance

With my experience in the EMEA region, I will advise the Leader on navigating regulatory requirements, compliance issues, and legal considerations specific to doing business in the EMEA region. This helps ensure that sales operations adhere to local laws and regulations, minimizing risks and potential liabilities.

Network and Connections

I have extensive networks in the EMEA region, including industry contacts, potential customers, and partners. Leveraging these connections, I will facilitate introductions, open doors, and help the Leader build relationships that drive business growth.

Navigating Cultural Differences

If the EMEA Leader is new to managing sales in the EMEA region, I will coach and advise them to navigate cultural differences, understand local business practices, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. This cultural intelligence is crucial for building trust and rapport with customers and team members.

Learning and Development

I provide ongoing support and guidance to the Leader as they navigate their role and grow professionally. This includes offering feedback, sharing best practices, and encouraging continuous learning and development.

Accountability

I will provide a supportive accountability structure for the Leader, helping them stay focused on their goals and commitments. I will also create opportunities for learning and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of personal and professional growth.
